Home Owners Warranty - Hyline Kitchens engage a Insurance Broker to provide a policy in the clients name for all projects over $20,000 Including GST as required by law. Polices average cost is around $450 includes the brokers fee. The policy covers defective work for seven years if hyline Kitchens were to become bankrupt and could not repair the defects, our policy is not to build joinery with defects in the first place but it assures you that we follow the law. We only use the highest of quality materials and hardware like Blum soft close hinges and Tandem Box Antaro drawer designs, European designed and made wire ware & bin systems, Italian designed and made lighting. We offer bench tops made from Caesar Stone, Smart Stone, Quantum Quartz, laminated, stainless steel, timber & concrete poured insitu. Door materials include laminated, Vacuum formed vinyl, 2 Pack Polyurethane, hand painted, timber veneer & solid timber. Splash back materials available are tiles, glass in the following designs - painted, metallic, photographic images, wall paper behind glass and pressed metal for the classic kitchen. All cabinetry provided by Hyline Kitchens comes with a 10 year Warranty on Workmanship along with Blum's Life Time Warranty on all of their products. All kitchens are handed over with a detailed folder that can be kept in a safe place and stone bench top Warranties are registered with the selected stone company. Stone Mason I have utilised Lake's expertise in stone masonry with Hyline Kitchens for the past 2 years. Lake has competently completed different types of stone work for us including 40mm mitred edges, undermount sinks, waterfall ends, decorative edges & curve work. Tiler We at Hyline Kitchens use and recomment the tiling services of Will at Blaxland Tiles, we also recomment each others companies to customers. Will has over 15 years of experiance in all different tiling styles like Mosaic, large 600x600 floor and wall tile laying, subway style & patterned designs like in our showroom displays. Glazier NL Glass have been afiliated with Hyline Kitchens for over 10 years now, they produce all types of glass. Clear glass for display cabinetry, painted glass spalshbacks, mirror panels. mirror glass splashbacks & patterned glass. Carpenter Jeff Russell, I have known for over 10 year now. A well known carpenter in the lower mountains region. He has experiance in all types of building from constructing the whole building from scratch but generally concentrates on home renovations, fitouts and modifications. Sheet metal worker Brett from Nepean Valley Stainless has helped us with several jobs when we require stainless steel framework or stainless steel work benches.
