Our employees are experienced in both manual and mechanic forms of demolition, and tailor the required processes to the job at hand. Hynash operates a range of machinery including both 30 tonne & 8 tonne CAT excavators, backhoes and loaders right down to small plant such as pneumatic jackhammers and acetylene blowtorches. We are always engaging new technology to make our work more efficient, such as hand-held hydraulic cutting machinery. In addition to total demolition, Hynash has undertaken refurbishment works within large commercial and industrial complexes ensuring that business around the site continues as usual while the refurbishment works are being completed. Hynash ensure all removal is undertaken in observance of the Safe Work Australia's 2011 code of practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos and the new WHS Act 2011 & WHS Regulations 2011. Some of the work we undertake includes: Asbestos identification Private premises removal (Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring) Commercial premises removal (fencing, wall sheeting) Removal of asbestos on industrial premises (such as fibro asbestos sheeting, factory roof, contaminated soil removal) Specialist vacuuming We understand that the amount of asbestos on your site may only be present in a small area or be located extensively across multiple buildings and through multiple floors. A register of asbestos containing material (ACM) can be developed in consultancy with you and samples will be analysed by specialised laboratory staff. All work undertaken is monitored by a certified hygienist and at the completion of the work we can provide you with clearance certificates and air monitoring reports.
