His years of experience across a wide range of building and construction projects has enabled the formation of Hype Building and Construction. Mitch served his apprenticeship while working on high-end architectural homes with two leading Orange building companies. He then moved to Sydney to broaden his skill set and gain more experience. While there he worked with specialist builders on a varied collection of architectural homes in the Eastern Suburbs and the North Shore. A few years later he was appointed to a management role in Orange for a national home building company where he supervised and project managed multiple home builds across the region.
