Company director Tracy Dowden is the builder behind In Synergy Designer Homes . An award winning Building Designer by profession, she has spent more than two decades journeying through the building industry, working with Award winning builders between Brisbane to Cairns. Her passion for designing, building and renovating homes has seen her wear many hats including that of Estimator, Project Manager and Site Supervisor to name a few. To cover all facets of home design she also squeezed in time throughout the years to complete a Diploma in Interior design. Her studies and expertise in building led to her becoming a QBCC Licenced Builder. After years of working with other prestige custom home builders and working directly with clients, Tracy originally set up her award winning building design business on the Sunshine Coast.
