Welcome to Independent Arboricultural Services Independent Arboricultural Services provides a prompt, fully insured, independent arborist reporting and arborist consulting service to the Private, Corporate and Government sectors with qualified arborists providing reports and advice to meet customers' requirements. Arborist Reports Arborist Reports provide a written and photographic record of tree and vegetation assessment at a point in time together with recommendations for the best solutions to resolve issues at hand; whether it is to ensure the long term health and viability of trees to be retained or for the removal and replacement of those trees whose health and structural stability are no longer viable. Depending on the need, reports may include further information such as tree protection requirements during earthworks and on construction sites. Our Arborist Reports can be called on for Council Development Applications, insurance claim assessment, Council Protected Vegetation Applications (such as BCC NALL Form 17) and our Arborists are qualified to provide expert witness opinion. Other reports and planning services include Vegetation Management Plan (VMP), flora and fauna assessments, NATSPEC inspection certification, Tree Farm design, Tree Restoration Areas, Tree Farm establishment and management including Business Plans and dispute resolution involving issues with neighbourhood tree/s. Our Arborist Consulting Service is provided by experienced and qualified personnel to advise on: Tree Management Issues and Plans Reasonable prices Restoration of Tree health Tree root issues Tree protection during construction Risk assessment NATSPEC inspection and certification Replanting (including plant propagation) Tree Transplanting Tree protection orders – N.A.L.L. and V.P.O.
