Welcome to IPI Independent Property Inspections Independent Property Inspections (IPI) was born out of a need for truly independent, reliable and consistent high quality property reports. The founder Leon Cupit a builder of over 30 years in the industry undertook a study of the property inspection industry in 2001 while searching for opportunities within the building profession. This study revealed a severe lack of professionalism, dramatically varying reporting standards and pricing, little understanding of service and a very poor result for the end user. All this increased the frustration of the stakeholders and a justified loss of trust in the current service providers. IPI has since developed its own customised reporting software that mirrors the Australian Standard AS 4349.1, through innovation IPI now services all Tasmania and Victoria including Hobart and Melbourne and delivers consistent high quality property inspection reports that include complete photo integration, Australia's only 5 Star Condition Rating, very competitive pricing and a report delivery system and customer service that is second to none.
