About Us Interior Identity provides interior decorating, colour consulting, property styling and product sourcing to both residential and commercial clients across the Sydney metropolitan area. At Interior Identity, we believe that a person's space is just that, their space. We work with our clients to bring their vision to life by creating something that is not only unique, but also truly reflects their own personality. Brooke Taylor is the Director of Interior Identity. Brooke's qualifications include a Degree in Textile Design (gained from UNSW) and a Diploma in Interior Styling and Colour Design (gained from the International School of Colour and Design). Brooke was the recipient of both industry and class awards during her time at the International School of Colour and Design and her work has recently been short-listed as a finalist in the 2011 Dulux Colour Awards. Brooke is a graduate member of the Design Institute of Australia. Brooke has a natural talent for colour and design and is always committed to working with clients to ensure that their expectations are not only met but exceeded. Services We provide a very personalised service, which includes, an in depth consultation at our clients premises, which enables us to evaluate the space and architectural style of the property. We then take a detailed brief of the clients personal tastes and lifestyle to ensure our vision meets the clients needs. Interior and Exterior Colour Consulting Depending on the clients requirements, the colour consultation may include, selecting paint colours along with colours for additional finishes such as wood stains, roofing, guttering, joinery, flooring, fabrics, furnishings and/or window treatments. Following the consultation, the client is then provided with a detailed colour specification sheet and large paint colour swatches of the paints selected. The advantage of working with an independent colour consultant, as opposed to a paint company colour consultant, is that we can specify products across various companies and are not limited in our selections. Interior Decorating Depending on the requirements of the client, the project may involve one space or an entire home or business. Following the initial consulation, a design concept is developed and tailored to the brief provided by the client. Once the design concept is presented for consideration to the client, we can source and supply items from suppliers, including furniture, fabrics, accessories, flooring, lighting, joinery and/or window treatments. Alternatively, the client may choose to source items themselves. Property Styling In a competitive property market it is imperative that a property is shown in its best light to maximise the sale value. We work with a clients exisiting furniture and accesories, or we can recommend items to hire, where necessary, to ensure optimum room layouts that maximise overall presentation of the homes appeal in both photos and at open for inspections. Fees Whatever your budget, we have the ability to work within it. The amount of time you save and the mistakes that are eliminated by using our services, will more than off‐set the fees involved.
