Quality design that reflects your personality & lifestyle … We are a Melbourne based practice specialising in bespoke residential architecture and interiors in the inner city, coastal and rural Victoria. We are a client orientated practice where each design evolves from working closely with the client to understand their individual brief and aspiration; with the end result being a tailored personalised design. Residential architectural design that is uniquely you Every design should evolve out of a collaborative design process. Whether your project is a new build, extension, or renovation my goal is to design a home that you love to spend time in. My residential designs draw on the beauty of our natural environment with simple, light filled spaces that are functional, comfortable and sophisticated. During the briefing process I take the time to understand how you live; and how you will be using the spaces we are creating. This approach results in unique architecture that will inspire you and responds to the way you live, work and play. I always consider the long-term economy and sustainability of your residential design, looking for cost effective ways to enhance the value of your property. Architectural services: From concept to completion Jane Cameron Architects offers a full architectural and interior design service including your detailed design brief, concept and design development, town planning, construction documentation, contractor selection, and contract administration. The practice is supported by a trusted team of specialist consultants, builders, sub-contractors and suppliers. About Jane Cameron Finlay ARBV RAIA Architecture has always been part of my life, in one form or another. Growing up on a farm in rural Victoria, I was mesmerised by local public buildings and homesteads. My childhood sense of space combined with my love of drawing, Lego and sandpits naturally led me to a career in architecture. My curiosity drew me to Europe to explore new culture, modern and classical architecture. The experience redefined my design response to how we live and work. I am still fascinated how design and architecture influences the way we feel and interact with the spaces around us. I love Scandinavian design. Use of natural materials and light with a connection to nature creates serene, elegant spaces. My designs are informed by traditional European architecture with its symmetry, strength and timelessness. I adore contemporary Japanese residential architecture for its creative use of space and sculptural forms. The result is finely crafted spaces that appeal to the senses and transcend time. Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
