Our Principal, John Karavasil, provides a wealth of knowledge to our clients, with over 30 years experience in the building industry as a Building Designer, and Registered Builder. JMK Design & Construction Pty Ltd is a boutique design studio with principal John Karavasil providing a range of building design and consultation services with the philosophy of turning our clients dreams and expectations into reality. The clients needs are always our primary focus. Mary Karavasil is an accredited Thermal Performance Assessor and can assist with the rating of all residential projects providing assistance to other Building Designers, Architects, Builders and the general public.
