About my Business: I have been practicing electrical work for 20 years and I decided to create a business 7 years ago, hence JP Electrical was formed. I make sure to provide high-quality services for industrial, commercial and residential clients. I offer per hour or per quotation rates and I accept direct deposit as a mode of payment. Service Overview: I offer a plethora of services that are divided into three categories which include electrical work, home automation and appliance installation. Electrical Work: I specialise in installing and repairing power points, safety switches, lighting, home entertainment systems, switchboards and uninterrupted power supplies for commercial, residential and industrial clients. I also handle renovation and re-wiring jobs. Home Automation: I conduct home automation consultation sessions. I also provide installation and repair services. Appliance Installation: I do oven and cooktop installations. I also install other appliances. Years of Experience: In a span of 7 years, I have managed to gain a long list of satisfied clients. They like my workmanship so much that they even recommend me to their colleagues, peers, friends and families. Proper Work Etiquette: Before starting the project, I need to see the actual site so that I would be able to formulate an accurate plan. I also need to know the client's ideal time frame so that I would be able to finish the project in a timely manner. I practice work transparency wherein I update my clients about the progress of the project. They could also monitor me anytime that they like. Service Guarantees: I am an insured individual so there is no need to worry about future insurance issues. I offer workmanship guarantees as well. I also offer both hourly and per quote rates so that my clients would be able to choose the option where they think they would be able to save more. I also provide 24-hour services so that if you experience any emergencies that are related to electrical issues, you would be able to contact me immediately. Constant Communication: I value the opinion of my clients which is why I always ask them about their input regarding what I do so that if they think that I am doing something wrong, I would be able to immediately correct my mistake.
