I provide face to face consultation, preferably in location, to discuss design options with the space to be developed. Design ideas are worked through and produced into sample boards, image renderings and 3D renderings. The renderings are also provided with options and can be changed or altered through further consultation. This gives a clear idea of the final result. The initial Consult is to work through client requests, determine time frames, and discuss the design contract. It is only after this consult, and the Design Contract is picked up, do my charges take effect. I charge an hourly contact rate, this includes consult sessions, purchase times, and Design development, the time frames are explained before commencement of each and agreed upon. My hours of availability include week nights after hours up to 10pm, and on weekends up to 5pm, as I am aware that business hours are not always convenient. Therefore, I do not charge extra for these hours, just one flat rate, unless otherwise stipulated before commencement.
