Company Director and builder Daniel Klinge has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry. A member of Masters Builders Australia, Daniel follows a project closely and is always on-site to keep clients informed every step of the process. SERVICES At Klinge Constructions and Developments, we offer a range of services for projects big and small, including: property development shop fit outs extensions renovations new single and double storey homes bathrooms and kitchens interior design drafting landscaping and pool construction We offer a complete service, from preliminary designs, conceptual sketches, quotes, town planning advice and approvals – through to materials, building, interior design, and fit out. We are not afraid of sloping blocks, and have experience with both large properties and small lots. Our homes are brick, tile, and timber constructions. We only use quality timber, and have exceptional attention to detail. Our established network of suppliers provides us with quality materials, on time. We also have an excellent range of sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, concreters, cabinetmakers etc.). We care for the environment and promote energy efficiency and natural ventilation in our design. We don’t use poisons and only apply low allergy paints.
