My name is Leigh Poliness, my company is named L Poliness Constructions Pty Ltd, and I am a registered domestic builder with 25 years experience in all aspects of building. I, myself, am a carpenter and together with my tradespeople enjoy producing high quality work. I have a complete group of all required trades, for example - plumber, electrician, plasterer, tiler, etc., who have been working with me for a number of years, and are very reliable, trustworthy people. We specialise in small – large home extensions, as well as any size renovation, deckings, pergolas, carports and garages. My company has the required insurances in place, including public liability and contract works insurance. In order to make the building process run smoothly we use regular draftspersons, structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, land surveyors, building surveyors (for building permits) and pest controllers.
