About Us Having spent many years in competition with timber flooring installers, we came to understand the intrinsic problems of solid timber very well. We knew that timbers, as traditional as they are, are a natural product so when pre-finished boards are kept solid, they are prone to warping, cracking, buckling and all sorts of imperfections as well as having wide variations in colour tone, etc. It was for these reasons that Lifewood’s founding family initially chose not to deal with timber and instead introduced bamboo flooring to WA, offering a suitable and safer alternative for consumers. I am writing on behalf of Bluestone Developments. We pride ourselves in only dealing with top quality products as we believe that our customers deserve to build and live with the absolute best. The [StayFlat] product that Lifewood has developed is not only innovative and new to the industry, but it gives us, as a builder, confidence that the product is going to result in a beautiful looking, long lasting floor for our customers. In the building trade we work with many different trades and suppliers, and have found that Lifewood not only produces a beautiful and sustainable product, but provides the service in the up most respectful manner. The company itself has systems in play that will provide the flooring industry with extremely high standards. While Lifewood has struggled to sometimes provide the product when needed due to their manufacturing and supply issues, they have never failed to provide the best service and everything needed to delivery the confidence in the future of the company.
