Commercial LSC can undertake projects from small repairs through to major renovations and fit-outs. Government LSC currently holds contracts with Spotless, Department of Education and Department of Housing with proven ability to meet volume workloads and administrative requirements. Insurance LSC provides a full range of services in this sector including reports, assessments, quoting and completing repairs. Our range of in-house trades provides a very effective solution during high volume times, such as after major storms. Maintenance LSC provides a reliable maintenance contract which can be tailored to your organisation's needs. Our maintenance division operates 24hrs a day, seven days a week. By investing in our staff and their training we can offer a more committed, cost effective service with proactive communication at all times.
