Initial Consultation Livingscapes is happy to visit you on site to discuss your needs and to provide you with ideas about the best possible ways to achieve a functional and attractive living space to suit you and your family. You will be asked to complete a design brief that will help us to develop an understanding of your needs. If you decide to go to the next stage I will happily provide a written quotation for an Auto Cad Design and outline the scope of work and fees that will be involved. Initial Consultation $70 + GST per hour payable at the time of consultation. Auto Cad Design Livingscapes produces autoCad Designs to scale once either a site measure hasbeen completed or client's are able to provide a PDF or copy of their site plan or building design. The Design includes all hardscaping such as pool, water features, pergolas retaining walls etc. Specific plants are not included at this stage. To ensure you are happy to move on to the next stage we meet to discuss any changes you may like to make to the Design. We will then discuss plant choices, colour schemes and hardscaping materials. Fee $70 per hour + GST Source & Supply Plants Livingscapes is more than happy to provide this service separately or as a component of our Project Management service. Livingscapes can source and select plants for you. We are happy to quote for plants in our designs or your own designs. Please be aware that not all plants are available year round however there are many plants of similar growth and effect that are excellent alternatives. Livingscapes is happy to quote on planting.
