I have over 20 years experience working in the construction industry. I completed my apprenticeship with Hinman Wright and Manser in 1992 and have been self employed since 1994 including working in the Northern Territory and in the UK. I employ qualified carpenters plus an apprentice and labourer. However I will always be the main point of contact and will manage and supervise all aspects of your job. I aim to provide a quality building service with a high standard of workmanship. I am also happy to look at your preliminary design and offer any advice or assistance if you wish. Energy Efficiency I have completed the HIA greensmart course and am committed to using Greensmart building practices. I believe good design and attention to detail in the building stage can ensure all modern homes maximise energy efficiency and minimise the need for artificial heating and cooling. This makes a huge difference to the performance and comfort of your home. Subcontractors I have a team of subcontractors who are professional, reliable, punctual and courteous. I only engage reputable subcontractors with a proven record for quality. All my subcontractors are fully qualified and insured. We will work with you to ensure that you get the best quality product to fit your budget. Flexibility and variations I understand that your project is your dream and that it is hard earned money that goes into it. My main objective is to make sure that you are delighted with the final product. I realise that it is difficult to make all the decisions at the planning stage for your renovation or new home and do not make you lock in every final detail. I am flexible if you want to change details once your project has begun. This is obviously subject to price and council regulations.
