Product descriptions Frameless Glass This is Toughened 12mm Glass to AS/NZS 2208 it is installed by a Spigot Fix or a Stand Off (Button Fix). And has a Handrail either attached through the Glass or on Top of the glass. This Glass is Polished on all Edges and Radiused Corners (No Sharp corners). All the Fittings are 316 High Polish Stainless Steel. Installation Core Drilled with Grade A Grout. This Frameless Glass still must have a Handrail to be to the BCA. Frameless Glass is very open plan Living and looks very Modern. There are many applications where you can use the Frameless Glass and Marchants have been installing this for over ten years. This glass is to code AS/NZS 2208 and is Toughened, it is 10mm Thick, Polished Edges All Round, and Radiuses Corners you can see a 3mm Radiuses corner on all. (No Sharp Corners) The 316 Stainless Steel and Fittings are High Polish and the Balusters are Core Drilled into the slab with a Grade A Structural Grout. As you can see the Welding is of a high standard (Tig) and then Highly Polished, The Base Plates are in place for covering where the Tile or Wood meets the Baluster. Semi Frameless is also ideal to use if a Privacy Screen is required. This is 316 Stainless Steel 50m Round Handrail or Eclipse Handrail with 50m Balusters, and 16 or 19 mm Horizontals and it is Core Drilled into the Slab with Grade A Structural Grout. It comes with Base Plates if Wood or Tiles are the application on the floor. It can also be a Satin or a Brushed but High Polish is recommended for external use. All the Stainless Steel that we Manufacture for your Balustrade will be Tig Welded and will be Polished back to a High Polish.
