FULL RANGE OF SERVICES INITIAL CONSULTATION – Meet with client, discuss proposed brief, review site conditions, provide fee proposal SITE INVESTIGATION – Obtain clients brief, review site conditions, obtain property information from local council CONCEPT DESIGN - Prepare and develop sketch plans in relation to the clients brief DESIGN DEVELOPMENT – Develop concept drawings into approved floor plans with all major elevations, typical sections, shadow diagrams, external material specification and finishes CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION – Preparation of detailed working drawings and specifications to achieve a building permit and subsequent construction of works and costing advice TENDER – Prepare tender documents, issue drawing package to suitable builders / contractors for tender, review tenders and assist with tender negotiations CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION - Liaise with nominated builder / contractor, attend periodic site inspections, provide advice regarding site issues / material selection, approve variations, assess progress claims and issue final certificate upon project completion For more information or to see how we can help you out, contact us today!!
