Inspections Our free mould inspection reports allow our professional technicians to identify the water source that is allowing mould growth to occur. Our inspections use state of the art equipment and technology to identify if the property needs repairs or will recommend a number of simple solutions. We provide an independent inspection report where we do not try and sell you any solutions such as subfloor ventilation, so you can be sure to receive an unbiased opinion. If repairs are required then you will need to outsource them from a third party. Once you receive your inspection report will be provided with all the readings taken at the property, photographs of the area affected and a quote to remove the mould. Mould Remediation Our mould removal service is fast and effective with impressive results that can be viewed in our gallery. Our two stage approach to removing mould starts with the physical removal of visible mould within the property which often restores walls and ceilings to the point where repainting is not necessary afterwards. The second phase of our mould removal process is the fogging of the roof space, subfloor and inside the property to control the level of air borne mould spores. Once the water source has been removed by making repairs or following recommendations outlined in the inspection report then the visible mould removed and the mould spores controlled, we can offer a 12 months guarantee that the mould will not return or we will retreat the property free of charge. View our Before & After Gallery here Contents Restoration Mould affected contents need to be identified to the technician during the initial mould inspection. Most mould-affected items can be restored to there original condition. As mould often follows a water source some items may be water damaged and may not be able to be restored and this will be outlined in the inspection report. Common contents we restore include: Blinds, curtains and shutters Bedroom furniture including beds, tallboys, bedside tables and picture frames Wardobes with clothing items and luggage Leather clothing including shoes, bags, jackets and belts Living area furniture including couches, sofas, coffee tables, entertainment units, lamps plus more Generally we can remediate any of your contents, make contact with us if you want to discuss particular items As with any restoration if some detailed items are more expensive to restore then replace then this will be outlined in the inspection report and those items should be removed before the mould removal process can take place. View our Before & After Gallery here Clearance Testing An independent NATA approved laboratory preforms all post job clearance testing, we outsource this service to avoid any conflict of interest and to provide independent results. This provides assurance for all parties involved that the job has been completed and the mould has been removed. Pre-job testing is not recommended if you have visible mould growth but can also be arranged if required. Many of our competitors will charge for expensive pre-job testing which will only confirm the presence of mould. For more information on clearance testing, please contact our friendly customer service operators who will endeavour to answer any question or put you in touch with a testing laboratory.
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
