Our web interface is an integrated web-based application that allows our wireless fleet of technicians to create, view, edit and update their jobs from anywhere they have access to the internet. Technicians can log in from home in the morning, receive their jobs for the day without having to contact the office, increasing productivity and job efficiency. Another advantage to our customers is that they can be kept up-to-date on their job status in real time as their jobs get scheduled to be picked up routinely in minutes rather than at the next working day. An excellent tool to keep track of jobs while on the field and on the road, the software also allows for easy scheduling of a technicians' time as they are assigned jobs in a convenient daily, weekly or calendar view. We can also set up complicated multi-site maintenance contracts within minutes and send our customers automatic updates when their next scheduled service is due. Another exciting new development is a web-enabled customer service self-service facility that Multiphase has scheduled to launch soon. With this new function, our customers can now securely log new service calls and track any open jobs from any browser 24 hours, 7 days a week.
