About Us Welcome to Northern Districts Pest Control Our company has been serving the Marangaroo area since 1982. Through those years, we have kept houses, commercial properties, and government buildings free from unwanted and possibly dangerous pests. Currently, we employ 3 contractors who are fully licenced and insured to carry out pest management jobs. We are covered by Winsure. We also have first aid certification. Although we do not remember the particular reason why we started out in this line of work, we have since made great progress in terms of skills, knowledge and attitude. We spent years on the market acquiring the necessary credentials to handle small and large projects. We eventually decided to start our own company as a way to better serve the local community. We also wanted to share our passion for a pest-free environment. Pricing, Payment and Availability We usually charge our clients per quotation. For government projects, we charge them per hour plus the chemical cost. However before we give out an estimate, we consider the property size, location and pest type. Once an agreement is reached, clients can pay through credit card, cash, direct deposit, or cheque. For questions and concerns, we are usually available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
