ABOUT My name is Sue Bracy and I have been a kitchen designer for the last thirty years, working for one of Melbourne’s largest and most prestigious companies. Before that, I worked as a professional chef … so you can say I’ve spent my whole working life in kitchens! A few years ago my husband and I moved to Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. Now my mission is to use my experience and knowledge to help people living in the Mornington Peninsula and South Bayside areas through the minefield of renovating their kitchens. Why us Now you can engage the services of an independent, qualified, professional designer who is looking after your best interests, not someone else’s. Someone who will work with you, so that together you achieve the kitchen you want, at the price you are prepared to pay. Someone who will give you impartial advice on finishes, appliances, colour schemes and the relevant costs of each. Someone who will provide you with access to fully detailed plans and elevations, which you can then supply to as many kitchen companies as you wish, confident that they are all quoting on the same layout … and most importantly, that they are all quoting on the kitchen of your dreams, not theirs! No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
