ABOUT PCS have since serviced the Perth metropolitan and regional area catering to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. We are passionate about continually seeking new techniques and equipment to improve the process and finished product. The team have attended seminars locally, interstate and overseas. Constantly researching and testing new ways to archive the best results, ensuring your floor performs to the highest standard. PCS were the first to introduce the Mechanical Polished Concrete system (MPC) to Western Australia. MPC is a system whereby the concrete is chemically hardened and mechanically polished. The system is ‘coating free’ meaning it requires no acrylic or epoxy top coating, which are prone to scratching. The hardened concrete itself is the finished product. Because the concrete is mechanically polished there is greater flexibility in finish choices. PCS offer a variety of sheens from a low to a very high gloss. Trained and certified in a diverse range of concrete polishing and sealing systems, in 2002 PCS developed their own brand of ‘Ultra Shield’ polishing. PCS are proud to be Perth’s first qualified and certified applicators in the world renowned Husqvarna’s polished concrete floor system, popularly known as ‘HiPERFLOOR’. No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
