Profile Dynamix was founded in 1992 by Gary Long and originally operated as Long's Welding Service. From its inception in 1992 as a mobile welding service, the business has continued to expand. 1998 saw the acquisition of our first Computer Numeric Control (CNC) turret press, which enabled diversification into the sheet metal fabrication market. The purchase of subsequent machines has to lead to this sector becoming the major focus for the business. The Flow WMC 2 features two dynamic cutting heads, and a 100HP pump operating at 60,000 psi. The benefit of the Dynamic Waterjet technology is highly accurate, taper free parts. CNC Turret Punching They are used to create punched metal components, such as perforated panels for balcony inserts, truck grills and decorative trims, outdoor furniture parts, connector plates for sheds, and hardware components for the electronics industry. CNC Milling Computer Numerical Control provides extreme accuracy for milling and machining. Our Mitsubishi can mill or machine steel to an accuracy measured in thousandths of a millimeter. Welding All types of welding, including a mobile service, is available. Other capabilities Guillotine steel plate cutting to 10mm thick x 2500mm wide.
