ABOUT Formed in 2017, Property Change is a Melbourne based town planning and property development firm specialising in multi-residential development. Lloyd Anderson is the founding Director of Property Change, with more than ten years experience in the government and private sectors. Lloyd entered into private consulting after being a Senior Planning Officer in local government. Lloyd has a broad range of experience in statutory planning with particular expertise in processes surrounding development assessment. His skills as a statutory planner allow him to provide advice to clients across a range of regulatory frameworks and development scenarios. This includes project positioning, due diligence and approval strategy investigations and the preparation and management of an array of planning applications.
