Since the company’s formation as a premium home builder in 1990, this simple and honest approach, has been the cornerstone of Provincial Homes philosophy. Having built over 3,000 quality homes throughout the last 25 years, Provincial Homes can rightly claim to be one of Sydney’s most successful and consistently awarded home builders. For many, building a new home will possibly represent the single biggest investment of your life. It will be the culmination of a dream. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a special place for your family to grow and play, and a place to create memories with those close to you. Who will you trust to turn your dreams into reality? To share your ideas and build a home of unique style and unquestionable quality! Many of Provincial Homes Clients have been so impressed with their homes that they return to build their second and even third homes and we are even building for their children. Perhaps this is why a Provincial Homes home stands the test of time and more importantly, realises a greater value when the time comes to sell. Our guide to building each new home is simple, “we care about the homes we build as if they were our own”. This care and attention to detail is why we have been recognised as one of Sydney’s most respected home builders. Our 10 Step Process STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR HOME First choose the provincial home that will suit your family requirements, site and budget. STEP 2 - REQUEST A SITE INSPECTION Request a site inspection of your existing land and a formal quotation. Your home consultant will arrange for the site inspector to visit your land and assess your site costs. A formal tender will be prepared (not hand written). STEP 3 - REVIEW OF TENDER On presentation of your tender you may add and delete any requirements and make variations for a revised tender to be prepared. STEP 4 - ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER Confirming acceptance within 21 days of your tender. Your tender is protected from any price increase up to tender expiry of 180 days. STEP 5 - PLAN PREPARATION Your plans will be prepared by our architectural drafting designers. A colour selections pack will be sent to you to prepare for your external colours. Once plans are finalised we will contact you to make an appointment to present plans. STEP 6 - CONTRACT Our Contracts service co-ordinator will contact you to arrange a time to sign the building contract at our Castle Hill Head office (Mon to Fri) A letter of loan approval from your lending authority will be required. STEP 7 - PLANS TO COUNCIL OR COMPLYING DEVELOPMENT CONSENT (CDC) Once you have signed the plans, and provided necessary documents we will then either submit your application to council or a CDC to a private certifier. Our pre construction administrator will monitor your council/CDC progress. STEP 8 - COLOUR SELECTION Whilst your plans are in council you will be required to complete all your internal colour selections. By appointment our selections co-ordinator will assist you in completing your colour selection documentation. STEP 9 - COUNCIL APPROVAL When the development application is received our estimators check approval documentation and any final variations. A final tender is prepared for your acceptance. STEP 10 - CONSTRUCTION - COMPLETION Your new home is constructed to the high standards of quality well known with all Provincial Homes. Once completed your construction supervisor will arrange a hand over inspection. You then arrange for your final payment and collect the keys to your new home. Get in touch today!

Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
