ABOUT US When Peter Papadakis started PTM Homes in 1978, he could not have imagined that this small family business would one day become PTM Group. Peter and sons Tony and Michael, who joined the business some years later, have seen PTM grow into a commercial builder with an impressive portfolio of projects and a swag of awards. In the very early days, PTM mostly took on small residential projects – building people’s homes. Over time, our focus shifted to commercial, industrial and remote work throughout the Northern Territory. Now, with greatly expanded personnel and equipment, we take on a diverse range of large-scale projects such as medical, healthcare and remand facilities, educational buildings, data centres and multi-storey apartments. Often we are working on several multimillion dollar projects at the same time. We now have more than 25 fulltime staff. Our management team has a total of more than 200 years of experience in local construction, and our subcontractors include more than 200 qualified tradespeople – who we know will meet the high expectations we set.
