About Us We are a local family-owned and operated building inspection and private certification business. Our business model is founded on repeat business and referrals, and key to our continued success is our commitment to superior service and complete customer satisfaction. If you're one to appreciate dealing with a reliable, well-organised and totally professional organisation, QCHECK aim not to disappoint. Our Services Private Certifiers — Building Surveyors Approvals • Inspection • Certification We specialise in independent building approval, inspection & certification of residential and commercial building developments, including minor works such as retaining walls, decks, carports, patios, pools and pool fencing. We are committed to prompt and professional service, and with the latest approval and document management systems, including electronic lodgement facilities, you can be assured we'll assess your project cost effectively and deliver on approvals and certification in minimal time. Challenging projects such as those requiring Concurrence Agency referral (eg. siting variation) are a specialty. We also regularly facilitate assessment of "as built" structures for formal approval, which may have been constructed without first seking a valid building permit, and are perhaps now the subject of "Show Cause" or an Enforcement Notice by local Council. Development and building projects typically vary in their scale and complexity, and often involve a combination of approvals and referral applications. As such, we are unable to publish a set scale of fees. However, we welcome your contact at any stage, and will gladly offer an estimate of our professional fees from details you are able to provide us. Pool Safety Certificates & Form 17 Inspection • Certification • Rectification QCHECK is also a full-service Pool Safety Inspection, Certification & Rectification business. Unlike most Certifiers, we are not restricted to merely performing inspections and reinspections under the New Pool Safety Laws in QLD. As a holder of an unrestricted Pool Safety Inspectors license, and also fully licensed as a Building Contractor with the QBSA, we can legally offer a complete service, including "minor-repairs" as part of the inspection service. The benefit.....often minor nonconforming items, (such as a gate not latching properly, or the need for a compliant CPR sign) will trigger the need for a mandatory re-inspection by most Inspectors, and of course another fee! But, by engaging QCHECK, you can mitigate the risk of being charged for a re-inspection, as we are fully licensed to perform rectification work, with most items often attended to "on-the-spot". Often, the additional fee you would be charged by other Pool Safety Inspectors or Certifiers, just for the re-inspection, you could have the "minor repairs" completed by QCHECK and most importantly, avoid any delay in receiving your Pool Safety Certificate! Of course, we are also at your service if major rectification works are required or new safety fencing needs building approval and Form 17 Final Inspection Certification. We will gladly prepare a detailed quotation or fee estimate, without obligation, for your consideration. For more information or to see how we can help you out, contact us today!!

Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
