ABOUT US Raclo Remote Control was established by Ray Clough (hence the name RA CLO) in 1980, when he perceived a need for automation to be added to a quality set of driveway gates The early days saw four enthusiastic men, working together to supply and install the market that was emerging. These four men all went their own ways and created small businesses, all built around the concept of “automatic gates” Today Raclo specialises in the supply, installation and servicing of all types of gates and automation products Raclo operates from a workshop/showroom in Gladesville. The venue is an ideal location for servicing the Sydney market, as it is located very close to many main vehicle arteries. We have a showroom from which we can demonstrate our products and distribute various gate acccessories Raclo has a relatively small number of suppliers and has continued with the same companies since 1980. We believe this to be a vital factor in the success of Raclo Remote Control because of the technical support we receive and the reliability of the equipment we install Apart from our on-road technicians, we have extensive technical expertise at our office and continually assist people over the phone We have many years of experience in installing and servicing the leading Italian and Australian manufactured gate operators The Majority of our staff have been with the company between for many years SERVICES As a result of being in the gate automation market since 1980, we have established a significant reputation and client base. We service many gate sites on a regular basis. SERVICING With four vehicles on the road, we attend to most gate problems within 48 hours Our exposure to a wide range of gate systems enables us to service most remote control gate systems We are able to service many sites other than gates installed by Raclo REFURBISHMENT & RECONDITIONING Raclo carries out many refurbishments of gate entries as modifications occur to clients' driveways. Reconditioning of older opening systems (i.e. 10-15 years) supports our policy of initially installing well manufactured equipment which must be fully supported from a technical point of view. SUPPORT & KNOWLEDGE Our experienced technicians are able to provide phone support. Many of our installation sites are well known to our staff, which is a real benefit when problem solving is an issue.
