Having worked as a farm manager I understand the best way to work stock in yards. I have built the two sets of saleyards at Powranna and other stock yards around the state that are on farms. For horse fencing is Horserail which is a very safe and great product, for horse yards and gates I use Ozrail I also use this same product for cattle yards and sheep yards.I will travel anywhere in Tasmania for work.I also manufacture horse crushes and rug racks which means you can store all your horse rugs out of the way up against a wall. I am also an agent for two products from the mainland and both Australian inventions. The first one is a product called Super Scooper which istowed behind a ride on lawn mower or a four wheel motor bike to pick up the horse manure. RURAL FENCING End Assembly I use the Waratah Ezyslot angle post or the Ezypipe strainer post it is a multi-use fence system that is economical to erect whilst capable of withstanding large strains. Designed to be used together with the Waratah Adjusta-stay for a complete strainer system. The Adjusta stay is flexible in its design that it can be used with a variety of strainer posts such as the Ezyslot, Ezypipe, round timber pine posts and railway posts the Adjusta stay is easy to install it requires no digging is fully adjustable and reusable heavily galvanized and resistant to fire and termites. Gateways Gateways consist of single or doubles, and can either utilise a single end assembly or an end assembly and panel. This photo shows a double gate way with a panel either side. Weston Fencing Weston fencing is a style of permanent, low maintenance electric fencing developed by Peter Weston. We utilise the Weston poly droppers in high impact areas especially around cattle yard holding paddocks. Other uses for this style of fencing is in feral exclusion fencing, for example around an oat paddock to keep kangaroos out. Tie Back Corner Post This corner post is a system we use in steep or rough country which is inaccessible to the Fencing Trailer. This corner assembly consists of a 75 x 75 x 6mm angle post tied back with 2.8HT wire to a star post driven full length into the ground. ENTRANCES FENCING Steel Entrances Steel Entrances not only look great they are tough and long lasting. Timber Entrances Timber entrances give a high quality custom look to your property. Sawn post and rail Arguably the best looking fence you can get. Sawn ironbark posts and three 8"x 2" rails looks magnificent. This fence was finished with decking oil to help preserve the colour and grain of the timber. Rural Entrance This is another version of our steel entrance. This entrance combines a 3m grid and surrounds, with the fence strained to either side. YARDS FENCING Yards are the central point for most properties, yet are often poorly designed, neglected or put in the too hard basket. We can build from scratch, install portable panel yards or a combination of both. Another aspect often overlooked is the holding paddocks surrounding the yards. These areas can receive extreme stock loadings that can destroy paddock fencing yet it would be cost prohibitive to use yard panels. We have options for you to consider...
