The Process Your first point of contact with the SANDIT staff will ordinarily be a phone call or quotation appointment. Our qualified staff will measure your floors and provide you with a quotation right then and there. At this time, you can discuss the finishing options available to you. After your quotation and discussion with the SANDIT staff, your floor will be booked in. You can usually expect it to take 2-6 weeks for the Qualified Tradesmen of SANDIT to get to your door from the date you book it in. We request that all furniture and old floor coverings be removed from the room/s to be sanded prior to our arrival and we recommend you arrange alternative accommodation for 1-3 nights, although this is by no means necessary. You can expect your floor to take from 1-5 working days to be completed, depending on the size of your floor.
