In the early days, Territory Party Hire started small with a catering capacity of 800 seats. In the first two years of trading the company grew to the capacity to seat 4500. In 2003, Territory Party Hire purchased Shade Works Hire along with Regency Party Hire, making the trio the largest one-stop events hire business in Darwin and the surrounding areas. Working under the banner of Territory Events Hire, this Territory owned and operated business now boasts the capacity to service functions with 7000 guests and also specialise in air-conditioning lined wedding structures, dance floors, staging, sound and lighting. Territory Events Hire prides itself in the ability to service all Territorians, from a backyard wedding to gala events, anywhere and anytime of year. With six permanent staff and up to 25 staff during peak season, Territory Event Hire provides top quality, clean equipment with professional, friendly service.
