Not only do we supply and install quality staircase and balustrade projects, but can also assist with the design elements of the staircase to help each client achieve their design and build aspirations. Who We Are Signature Stairs was created in late 2009 with the coming together of two diverse backgrounds and experience in brothers Ian and Mark Crosher, sharing a belief in forming a joinery company that is not only proficient in what it does, but one that makes a difference. We are a company that: Makes a difference for our employees by providing a place where they can challenge themselves and a play key role working on rewarding projects, while at the same time continuing to learn and grow in all areas of their craft. Makes a difference for our clients by enhancing their staircase design and building experience on their project, getting the basics right while helping them achieve their aspirations through a focus on design. Where possible, in consideration of the environment and sustainability, makes a difference in minimizing environmental impacts and promoting a more sustainable staircase joinery industry. In staircase design and building there are many complexities and technical issues in the path towards a perfectly executed staircase project, and since our inception we have assembled a team of aspiring, enthusiastic and skilled staircase professionals to be able to meet these challenges. As a result we have excelled in a wide range of projects to date, whereby as a case in point, all of the staircase photography you see on our web-site are projects we have done. Essentially, we offer a fresh approach in stairs. But the best part about us is that through our teamwork, innovation and our eye towards future trends in staircase design and building there’s is much more to come. Projects In many homes, the staircase is the first thing people see when they walk in the door. The most memorable staircases are those that make a statement. Though in our experience it's not how much you spend on your stair project that gets you a great result, but rather it's the culmination of thought and planning that goes into your decision and staircase choice. Putting it simply, does the core staircase deisgn 'work' with your home, decor, and most importantly your own design and building aspirations? Not all great staircases are necessarily the main feature of the home, rather in their space they achieve 'balance' with the proportions and elements that suround them.
