We offer fully integrated solutions for clients, including customised property and asset maintenance solutions. We assist clients in providing quality accommodation and impeccable customer service for their tenants. New Construction SR Construction designs, constructs and develops new buildings across Sydney metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas. Having been in the Construction industry for nearly 20 years, SR understands the importance of quality workmanship, time restraints and working within a budget. We aim to make design and building experience as stress free as possible and tailor our services to suit our client’s specific needs. Planned maintenance As part of the services SR Construction provides to Community Housing Organisations, SR upgrades and renovates existing properties, providing planned maintenance services to maintain and improve the condition of properties. Planned maintenance works are undertaken to reduce urgent maintenance requests within properties. SR Construction ensures consistent maintenance standards across properties and provide long-term solutions to common maintenance concerns. Planned maintenance works include but are not limited to upgrading flooring, internal and external painting, bathroom and kitchen renovations. Vacant Property restoration SR Construction inspects, scopes and completes works required for end of lease properties to ensure the property can be re-leased as soon as possible. Vacant works could include rubbish removal, property restorations, pest control, general maintenance works and cleaning. Disability Modifications SR Construction completes home modifications for individual requirements improving accessibility and liveability of properties. SR delivers according to Australian standards and regulations based on Occupational Therapist assessed recommendations, focusing on usability and safety for people with disabilities. Disability modifications include but are not limited to installations of disability sensory equipment, home modifications for the elderly, lifting and hoist apparatus and increasing accessibility of the home and yard for wheelchairs and mobility equipment. Lawns Grounds & Cleaning SR Construction maintains and services the common areas of buildings through cleaning, lawn maintenance, landscaping and maintenance works. Common area works include, but are not limited to gardening and tree pruning, landscaping and mowing, cleaning and maintenance of floors, walls, stairs, external bathrooms, graffiti removal and disinfecting all surfaces. Responsive maintenance Emergency Repairs SR Construction responds to emergency repairs where there is an immediate threat of danger due to safety, health or security risks to the residents of a premises where prompt action is required to relieve the situation. These could include electrical dangers, gas leakages, significant water loss, security threats or sewer overflows. Routine Repairs Routine or responsive repairs include minor maintenance repairs that are not of an urgent nature but affect the functionality or appearance of the home or yard. Routine repairs are usually carried out within a 28 day timeframe and can include broken cupboard doors, window repairs, minor leaking fittings or a broken light.
