Garages are manufactured with C150 galvanised columns and rafters or if the customer is after the ‘Z’ design, it will be manufactured with Z150 galvanised columns and C150 rafters. The customer has the options of corrugated or monoclad roofing .47mm TCT, and square or quad gutter. The shed flashings will be fixed to all corners. The shed is built using 12 x 30 hi – tensile steel purlin bolts, 64mm tophat, girts and purlins, 5 rib garage panel wall cladding .43mm TCT, 100x50 downpipes class 3 coated 10 x 16 wall screws with neoprene washers, and class 3 coated 12 x 35/45 roof screws with neoprene washers. Carports Skillion Carports - Are manufactured using C150 beams/purlins and galvanised columns. Also the skillion carport will be built with square hollow section columns that range from 75 x 75 up to 100 x 100. The customer has the option of corrugated or monoclad roofing .47mm TCT. Carports use 100 x 50 rectangular downpipes. The roofing screws are class 3 coated 12 x 35/45, with neoprene washers. Gable carports – are fabricated with double C150 purlin columns, C150 rafters with heavy duty welded bracket for the eave and ridge connecter. Rollamax Rollamax – The Rollamax is a new design, specially designed within the dimensions of 3.1m x 3.1m x 2.15m and being less than 10m2 no permit is needed. The frame is a fully galvanised steel frame with 20 degree pitch roof. The unique thing about the rollamax is its 1.6m wide roller door that is easy access for ride on mower, quad bike or golf buggy etc. The rollamax colours can be chosen out of the 20 different Colorbond colours. The Rollamax is manufactured in prefabricated panels and can be ready for 40 minute onsite installation.
