From this, will come a feasibility study of your project, and ultimately a detailed business plan. DESIGN & APPROVAL After your business plan is complete and a detailed brief has been prepared, well produce designs for you to consider, refine and approve. Then we'll lodge the development and building applications. ADMINISTRATION & PRE-START Once you have approved your design and are ready to proceed, you enter the Stratawise administration process. Your Stratawise administration consultant will work with you through all the decisions about colours, fit-out and finishes, whilst providing additional support during the approvals process. CONSTRUCTION Once approvals are received, construction preparation commences, which may include demolition works and site preparation. Throughout construction, we will keep you informed about the progress of your build and provide any additional support needed.
