We are a small dedicated team with over 300 subdivision and construction projects to our name across South-East Queensland. Jacon Parry, Director and Senior Project Manager started out with his own developments some twenty years ago. During this time he gained useful experience in dealing with the various Councils, learnt the processes and workings of the construction industry and familiarised himself with the relevant legislations. Initially offering his expertise to friends he very soon discovered a real need in the market: small investors who want to develop their own properties rather than big scale, big money development projects. Jacon is quickly able to determine the full potential of a prospective development. He continues to assist clients across south east Queensland to realise the true potential of their developments. And with his understanding of project flow he is able to ensure that all project stages are prepared in advance, thus saving valuable time for clients. We offer our experience in Project Managemetn to assist you with Pre-purchase Consultation Land Subdivision Construction of multi-dwellings such as townhouses and unit blocks Construction of stand-alone houses Development Applications Review of Development Approval Conditions Compliance with Development Approval Conditions Plan Sealing Title Registration Subdivision + Construction Management can assist you with your development at any stage, right from the beginning or after you have obtained your Development Application. We can also assist you once your development is underway. Additionally, if you reach a point where you’re unsure as to how to progress further or it simply becomes too much for you to manage, we can come in and continue on your behalf. Our strength lies in the project management of so-called ‘small scale’ subdivisions and construction projects with lot sizes of up to one hectare. Our use of the term ‘small scale’ is in a different context to that used by various Councils. We use it to indicate that we are not engaging in the commercial subdivision or construction of property sizes over one hectare. It refers to the subdivision of one to ten lots and the construction of single houses, townhouses or units not bigger than ten units per complex. Our focus is you, the individual developer or owner builder, rather than the large multi-million dollar developers.
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
