These criteria shall include areas to be landscaped, ideas, suggestions and recommendations based on clients desires. The concept drawing(s) will be presented to the client at a secondary meeting to discuss the ideas developed. During this meeting the concepts, materials, plants and general style can be confirmed and adjustments made to ensure the landscape plan is being developed in accordance with the clients criteria. After the details of the concept plan have been confirmed, a final plan drawn to scale will be produced. This plan will include areas of hard and soft landscaping and the materials to be used, plant locations and a plant schedule, light locations and a lighting schedule, relevant elevation drawings and additional notes.
