ABOUT Tempus provides a complimentary consultation where you as the client come into the office to discuss your ideas along with any sketches and information you have on your project. We then tailor a fee proposal for your new project based on the extent of the project and the outside services you will require. SERVICES We offer three stages of the project: Concept Stage - 3D presentation and virtual walkthrough which gives you an idea of the finished product Preliminary Stage - Preliminary set of drawings including Site plan, Floor plan and Elevations Design Stage - The final plans are drafted and issued in both hardcopy and digital format to you and/or your builder.
