About Us The Drafter is a small company that was set up to assist people with any drafting requirements. We provide our clients with everything from new residential designs, extensions to your existing home or producing council drawings for approvals. We have associations with Builders, Structural Engineer and Energy Efficiency Consultants. This provides our clients with a single point of contact to comply to council’s requirements, making the whole process a lot easier and save you the running around. Principle Drafter Nam Nguyen Nam has completed a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Western Australia (UWA). He has since worked in a number of architectural firms in Subiaco where he was involved in million dollar residential homes, commercial and community projects. After receiving requests from numerous people with smaller projects and recognizing the need to assist people with their architectural designs and submission to council, Nam set up ‘The Drafter’ to help his clients get their vision designed, approved and built.
