Our Services The Landscape Company provides a complete range of landscape construction services. We have many systems and procedures in place to ensure success in this, including using waste removal companies that recycle up to 80% of all waste Our affiliations with The Master Builders Association and Landscaping Victoria ensure we are kept up to date with new materials and building techniques related to our industry. Decking A quality timber decking is an outstanding compliment to a home. It can be used as an out door room ready to use on those days for relaxation. We can build quality decks from a range of timbers from around the world including Merbau or Bamboo, or the use of quality Australian timbers such as Spotted Gum, Iron bark or many more quality timbers. We give you a choice of quality fixtures including stainless steel scews or stainless steel nails to give you the best quality and longest lasting decking. Keep in mind, some decking structures may require a building permit to be obtained. This involves plans and building details to be provided to a building survayer. We can provide all the details needed to complete this, as we have strong relationships with private building surveyors who complete the compulsory inspections during the building works. Concrete Driveways We can construct driveways for new homes or replace driveways for existing homes, using many different surfaces. Exposed aggregate is our specialty, however we are fully equiped to complete your design in any surface of your choosing. Not sure what you would like? See below some popular options. Concrete is a popular choice due to it strength, durabilty, cleanliness, colour and asthetics. We can provide our customers with all concrete options including plain concrete, colured concrete or our specialty Exposed Aggregate. Exposed Aggregate offers a great colour range and is the most sort after and veritile option of all the concrete choices. All our conrete is supplied from one of the worlds largest concrete suppliers. Giving you peciece of mind that your design is contactructed only from the highest quality material, along with a complete and vast colour range for you to chosse from. Our Exposed Aggregate supplier is Melbournes and arguably Australias best supplier of these specialyt mixes. We exsclusivley use Mentone Pre-Mix due to their proven quality, impecable customer satisfaction and vast colour options. They have an Exposed Aggregate concrete surface to suit all new and existing properties. All our concrete works are reinforced using steel reinforcement and the use of appropraite expansion joints, to ensure the longest lasting result. If you have an area that is difficut to acces, we are able to bring in concrete pumps. These pumps are capable of cleanly moving concrete through small areas, through houses or even up stories for those in high rise appartments! All the while, all our staff are mindful we are in your home, (not a work site) so the utmost care is taken to ensure our work spaces are left clean and tidy, not only throughout the works progress but at the end of contruction. Outdoor rooms While outdoor entertaining has always been a way of life in Australia, a revolution is underway that is changing how we live. Leading architects, interior designers and builders are increasingly incorporating indoor-outdoor zones into house plans, making the outside an extension of the principal construction. The outdoor room can be a major venue for dining, but more often than not, it will be of a more informal and relaxed nature than inside the house. Stand alone tables and chairs are often central in many indoor-outdoor rooms, but we are increasingly seeing more “built-in seating”, especially along walls. This is not only practical,, but often doubles as a feature/storage. Outdoor bars, built-in sinks,kitchenette facilities, built in televisions/stereo sytems, spas, just to name a few, are all regular inclusions to outdoor rooms. Paving Paving is a very important factor in most Landscape construction. Whether its the driveway, outdoor room, pathways or court yards. We have extensive experiance in all facets of Paving. We can lay your chosen pavers on a Crushed rock and sand base for areas which need to be permiable. We specialise in laying Natural Stone on a concrete base. Natural stone is becoming a highly used material. We can install any natural stone including Granite, Bluestone, Travertine, Sandstone or Slate. The options allow us the use of paving in any circumstance. Retaining Walls We have extensive knowledge of retaining walls. We can build small walls to structuaraly enginered walls for those larger projects. There are so many different options for materials to be used to build a new retaining wall. We have extensive knowledge in all materials and building techniques. Whether we are to build retaining walls for vegie patches or structural walls we only use quality materials. We can build walls using concrete link wall blocks, brick, block walls to be rendered, or timber sleepers. The most common walls we construct are tmiber sleeper walls due to there natural look and can be most cost effective. Our Sleeper walls are built using only quality materials such as Galvanized Steel supporting posts set in concrete, we use the very best quality Sleepers (not the cheapest!) either Treated Pine or Hardwood, we install drainage systems to eliminate water problems. For all the Sleeper Walls which are to be in high visible areas and need to look great we can add a finish to the timbers such as chamfered edges or painting or staining. All of our techniques provide longevity to our walls. Tree Planting For the new or exising gardens needing the plants installed we can complete this for you. We can supply and install all plants required from small tube stock to large tree's requiring cranes for installation. Our suppliers have the best quality plants ready for your garden. Please email your plans for a quote or we can organise a plan for you. Instant Turf and Grass A thriving green grass is something we all enjoy. We provide our customers with either seeded lawns, Hydro seeding or the most common Instant Turf. Our suppliers of Instant Turf offer the best quality grasses. We can provide all grasses including drought tolerant summer grasses or a more traditional grass for our climate. General Landscaping We also offer all the general Landscaping services such as planting, soil and mulch installation and Irrigation. We can give your garden the makeover it needs. Our plant supplier has a very large variety of quality plants in all sizes from small tube stock plants to large trees. Pebbles and Gravel Pebbles or Gravel can be used in wide variety of areas such as driveways and paths or have been used as garden mulch in new garden designs. Gravel can give a much softer look rather than a hard surface such as concrete. There is a wide variety of colours and textures which can be supplied.
