IGUs (Insulating Glass Units), also known as double glazed units, are two or more panels of glass bonded to a perimetre spacer either metal or thermoplastic with either air or argon gas used in the spacing between the glass panels. This provides excellent insulation and noise protection. Quality Construction Thermaglaze uses only the highest quality UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) in our window and door frames. This UPVC has been specially formulated for the harsh climate here in Australia and together with the very high standards of manufacture that we at Thermaglaze pride ourselves on, this produces a superior quality product for your home. All our windows and doors come with a 10 year guarantee. Tailored Design Thermaglaze windows and doors can be manufactured to your own specific requirements, and we can assist in the design of your double glazed windows and doors. Our range of unique styles and colours is certain to compliment your home and lifestyle. About UPVC By many standards UPVC is a new building material, first used broadly during and after World War II to meet many of the critical infrastructure and safety needs of that time, it blends attributes of traditional materials with advanced performance characteristics of today’s and tomorrow’s building products. Durable, environmentally sustainable, versatile and low maintenance requirements are just a few of the properties that have propelled the growing use of UPVC in the built environment and made it one of the most important materials used in the building industry progressively over the last 60 years. Advantages of UPVC: Great insulator Low maintenance Energy efficient Recyclable Not corroded by salt air Does not warp or discolour Will not rust UV protected Cost effective and extremely affordable Low impact on the environment
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
