Welcome to Tight Sites Proudly owned and operated by Neil Williams. Having worked in the landscape construction industry for over 10 years I felt there was a need (a really big need) for an earthmoving contractor that was not only reliable and approachable, but knowledgeable & helpful. Someone who cared about their clients needs and if they couldn't help could point them in the right direction, and that's when "Tight Sites" was born. So for over 6 years now we have been moving "the earth" for all! From Plumbers to Concreters, Landscapers and Builders, we do it all! For a sample of what we can do click on the services page, but as our Bobcat and Excavators is so versatile there is almost no where we cannot go and nothing we cannot do! Tight Site Services From the begining, 6 years ago, Tight Site's has worked hard to create a solid and reliable excavating and earthmoving service which prides itself on its quality. When a job does not suite either our business or a clients requirements, we will happily use our vast knowledge to help point the client in the right direction. Due to our versatile machines we are able to specialise in a variety of excavating areas. A few of these are: Concrete Demolition and Removal Footings/Foundations Site Leveling/Preparation Driveways Pools Land Clearing Drainage Rock Breaking Trenching Rubbish Removal Plant and Tree removals Post Holes Machines Used All of our equipment is 2006 new, so there is no chance of a costly breakdown Bob Cat 463 - This baby not only has a 1100mm wide loader (which can shrink to 950mm for really tight sites), but also has a level bar and pallet forks. Excavator 323 - This is a 1340mm wide machineis the versatile gem in the company. For really tight situations it can shrink to 980mm. This piece of equipment even comes with a post hole digger and a 45° tilting batter bucket. Excavator k008 - For the tightest of sites this excavator is 750mm wide and weighs less than 1 tonne. It also comes with all buckets.
No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
