About Us Based in Williamstown Melbourne Timothy Ellis Building Design was set up in 2011 to achieve the results of working on best practice building design. Working with a well respected architect has led to a desire to use background in thermal rating and completion of building design qualifications to design quality buildings to make best use of available conditions and integrate harmoniously with their surroundings. I am proud to say that over my career my drawings have been presented on Belle Magazine online, also a project I did drawings for was featured in Grand Designs magazine in the UK. The studio is new and has already taken on some exciting projects, these will be added to the projects section where they can be followed from design to completion. Designing for the aspect and utilising energy wisely will save vast sums over the life of the project. Specifying details on the plans leads to less costly contract changes and the plans are translated into built form as planned. Good design ensures higher resale values. I am an accredited energy thermal assessor and keep this to the forefront when designing. No state or commonwealth licence has been tied to this business in our public sources. This is common for unlicensed trades or for businesses that have not yet been resolved against a jurisdictional register.
Public records are uneven by nature. Stronger records make operating claims easier to inspect. Thin records make the gaps obvious. Evidence beats explanation.
See methodology for how the index resolves duplicates, tiers evidence, and decides what to publish.
If this is your business, you can claim the record to add a verified contact, licence anchor, and service area.
