Services Sawing Hand Held Sawing Hand held sawing is commonly employed when general wall and floor sawing cannot be applied. Hand held units are as the name suggests with a circular diamond blade, they provide a relatively quick and portable solution with minimal overcut. Our hand held units come in a range of: 2 Stroke Petrol Hydraulic Diesel Hydraulic 3 Phase Electric Hydraulic 20amp With a general cutting depth of 150mm deep and a maximum depth of 260mm deep. Our standard width of blade is 3mm, and on application we can produce 6mm. Some examples of Applications Include: Reinforced concrete floors Expansion and control joints Induction loops Cosmetic Tilt panels Exploratory penetrations for plumbers & electricians etc. Track Mounted Wall Sawing We utilise the very best quality high performance wall saw units with production guaranteed! Wall sawing employs a circular blade on a track mounted machine. The track is attached to vertical walls or steep inclines or floors that will not permit the use of conventional concrete saws. Wall sawing is typically specified to cut precise dimensional doorways, vent and window openings. Straight and bevel cuts are possible with the wall saw. Our Wall saw units are 3Phase High Frequency Electric & Electric-Hydraulic Powered and require a Clipsal 32amp 4 pin outlet. With a maximum depth of 715mm deep from one side, cutting from both sides of a wall gives a total depth of 1.43m deep. These units are so versatile the applications are inexhaustible. Some examples other than standard methods are: Flush Cutting Inverted Cutting Angular Cutting Some examples of Applications Include: Reinforced concrete floors Expansion and control joints Tilt panels Exploratory for plumbers & electricians Suspended slabs Floor & Road Sawing Floor Sawing is typically specified to cut horizontal surfaces such as floors, bridge decks, expansion joints and pavement. Our Floor Saw Units come in a range of: Diesel Petrol Electric ( 32 Amp ) With a general cutting depth of 400mm deep, on application we also offer specialised cuts of up to 600mm deep. Our standard width of blade is 3.5mm, and on application we can produce up to 18mm wide. Chases up to 50mm wide. Some examples of Applications Include: Reinforced concrete floors Expansion and control joints Induction loops Cosmetic Tilt panels Exploratory for plumbers & electricians Suspended slabs Wire Sawing Wire sawing originated in the stone quarries of Europe as a fast, safe, and cost effective alternative to conventional demolition methods. Wire sawing is a flexible sawing technique that can be used to cut large, expansive areas. The wire sawing system uses a series of guide pulleys to draw a continuous loop of diamond-studded wire through a cut. The system can be configured to fit into confined spaces and is ideally designed for aggregate thicker than 600mm. Typical Applications Include: Difficult cuts in remote, restricted, or hazardous locations. Large, bulk removal. Underwater cutting. Virtually unlimited concrete thickness Controlled Demolition Pearson CASD offer Controlled Demolition Services All our Sawing & Drilling know how can be combined to perform Controlled Demolition. Our trained staff can cut & remove areas in or out of normal working hours in accordance with engineers requirements. Whether we provide removal technologies or in conjunction with other removal contractors we can provide a real solution.
