About the Monitoring Control Room We monitor all current alarm transmission formats and respond quickly to every monitored event via a secure two-way network. Events include (but are not limited to) intruder, fire, tamper, panic, duress, refrigeration, mains power and standby battery, medical, plant and other specialised alarms (e.g. computer rooms, incubators, etc), fail to test/report, openings out of scheduled hours, and late closes /opens. The control room is built to Australian Standards with full backup for computers, servers, receivers and cellular receiver numbers, and cover against mains power outages and surges, and our staff are trained to be above the Australian Standard. The control room is staffed at all times by two operators. All incoming and outgoing calls relating to your clients are recorded for reporting purposes. Regular remote access testing is carried out on private residences, and we offer remote arming and upload facilities for most current alarm systems including Tecom, Inner Range, C&K, EDM, Ademco, Esprit, DAS, Detection Systems and Summit.
