ABOUT US On the up – Westlift’s evolution to West Crane & Access Hire Gary West established Westlift Crane Hire when he purchased his first crane in Stawell back in 1978. This was a nine ton cap, LS20. Westlift’s crane fleet has grown substantially from these humble beginnings and now boasts a substantial crane hire fleet from 12T through to 100T and more. Today the business is called West Cranes & Access Hire, encompassing the greater range of equipment available, such as elevated work platforms (EWP’s), Scissor Lift Hire, Tilt Tray Hire and Container Hire/Sale. Based in Stawell, Western Victoria, West Cranes & Access Hire continues to service Western Victoria with its crane hire needs. The Company is and has been exceptionally proud to have remained local and employ local residents as the region and closer community are extremely important.
