About Us Westbuilt Constructions has been serving the Hillarys area for the past 14 years. We are a team of seven licensed and insured contractors who handle residential and commercial projects. We have a 7-year warranty in place for our clients' protection, and we are insured by the QBE and HIA, for public liability. We handle all types of building projects. Our love for building flourished after an apprenticeship. As we invested more time in the trade, we gained the needed skills and certifications to handle both large and small projects. We eventually came to a point where we wanted to start our own company. Thus, Westbuilt Constructions was founded. We established this company with the intent to give quality services at fair rates. It was also a way for us to give back to the local community. Our Services We provide a wide array of services for residential and commercial clients. These are as follows: Building and Carpentry - We handle home renovations, extensions, and other building work. We also offer granny flat construction and project management services. We build decks, pergolas, architraves, patios, handrails, skirtings, and more. Formwork can also be done. Renovations - We provide complete kitchen and bathroom renovation services. We resurface bench tops, make cabinets, and build new flat pack kitchens. Pricing, Payment, and Availability We strive to give our clients the most value for their money. We usually charge them per quotation. Before we give a quote though, we need to see the drawings and plans first. When an agreement is reached, our clients can pay through direct deposit. We are available from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
