Welcome to Westmade Homes Westmade Homes originated in 1994 by Michael and Terry Moffatt. Proudly Western Australian it has met with ease, the request of its client and the challenging landscapes of Western Australia. Terry’s career began in 1973 as an apprentice carpenter – he now manages the roof carpentry division of Westmade Homes and with his immense knowledge and expertise works closely with Michael on all Westmade Homes projects. In 1976 Michael decided to follow in his older brothers footsteps and also trained as an apprentice carpenter, after 15yrs learning the carpentry trade Michael decided to re-educate himself by obtaining his Builders Registration Qualification. In 1994 Michael became a fully licensed builder and now manages all new construction for Westmade Homes. Michael and Terry have had over 30yrs of experience in the building industry, both commerical and residential, small and large projects – together they are what makes Westmade Homes such a success. Many of Westmade’s clients have require construction that does not fit the ever-increasing standard designs that my be available. They have required an honest yet imaginable approach. Often the site will be one that poses potential challenges but this only adds to the constructive edges and flair of design that Westmade Homes has to offer. Often clients have their dream project mapped out in their minds knowing exactly what they want, although this is yet to be developed as a sketch let alone a completed piece of art.
